The Educational Testing Service (ETS) High School Equivalency Test (HiSET) Social Studies exam is a high school equivalency exam testing aptitude and skills in social studies. The test is available as either a computer based or paper based exam dependent on the US state it is administered in.   This question set contains 60 practice questions for the exam.
 
The test consists of 50 multiple choice questions. 70 minutes are allotted to complete the test.
 
The HiSET Social Studies exam covers four main content categories and three process categories.
