The Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Clinical Examination is a multiple-choice Licensing Exam that is administered looking to become a licensed social worker. It is administered by computer.

The exam is 170 questions in total, although only 150 questions will count toward the overall score. Test takers have four hours to finish the exam, and tests may be scheduled at any time during the year depending on the individual testing center. The Clinical Examination is inclusive of the following parts:
